Accountant

• 2-3 year experience as a Accountant in an Import - Export firm.
• Having experience in handling import - export custom documents.
• Managing daily purchase Sale in Tally ERP9.
• Handling a team of 3-4 people for Resolving their issues faced while Custom Clearance documents,Bank Realisation Certificate, Bill of lading etc.
• Daily Client Calls for smooth and speedy shipment.

JOB PROFILE     :

·        Day to Day Updating Entries In Tally (Purchase, Receipt, Payment),

·        Making Sales Invoices, Delivery Challans and Cheques,Salary

·        Handling C Form and H Form, Vendors management

·        Co-Ordinate to Other Department

·        Preparation of monthly party wise Reconciliation Statement

·        Follow up with Debtors for outstanding payment

Helping to seniors for Taxation (TDS, Vat, Service Tax) and Back Office Work.
