Accounts Payable activities and related taxation: Vendor bills scrutiny, bills accounting,Payment Processing and disbursements, Vendor Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable related tax accounting (i.e. Input GST, Income Tax, TDS,PF, PT, ESIC and ROC compliance etc)
Accounts Receivable activities and related taxation : Invoice preparation, Payment Collection and receipt accounting, Accounting of Debit / Credit Notes, Customer Account Reconciliation, AR related tax
Accounting (i.e. Output GST, TDS etc).
Knowledge on how to prepare books of accounts and Efficient in handling Tally
Preparation of MIS reporting.
Employee Claims: Verification, accounting and disbursement of Employee claims.
Banking Activities : Payments / receipts accounting, Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
Payroll Preparation and Accounting
Finalization of Accounts: Working experience of Preparation of draft P&L Account and Balance Sheet with schedules and notes to accounts. Passing of Accounts closing entries, Expense Provisioning, Depreciation Accounting etc.
Taxation & Statutory Compliances: Working experience of Computation of Tax Liability, Deposit of Tax Challan and Filing of Tax returns with respect to GST, PF,PT,ESIC and TDS.
Exposure to any ERP, preferably Tally or SAP compiling information for tax audit purposes and preparing the draft Form 3CD.
Working experience of attending to Statutory and Tax Auditors and their queries.
