Job Description

Brief Job-description
1. To Identify Mortgage prospective customers in his Natural & Secondary Market
2. To have a fair understanding of the Mortgage Loan Process, Products & Policy
3. To Approach the customers & identify their Mortgage Loan Requirements - Meeting
customer, understanding business, loan requirements etc
4. Do the preliminary screening & calculate eligibility through eligibility calculator - Going
through the customer Financials ITR/Bank statements/GST Returns etc
5. Collecting IPF & documents of customer – as per document checklist - Sending UTR number
(in case of online transfer) or cheque details of IPF over message to Business
6. Check & Original documents and do the OSV as per the process
7. Completing lead journey in Toolyt
8. Couriering/handing over the Loan Application form and other docs to the branch
9. Uploading scanned docs on Lentra OR completing LOS journey
10. Co-ordinating with customer and internal stakeholders (Business coordinator & ASM) etc for
clearing the pre-login /post login queries
11. Coordinating for the Personal discussion with the customer in consultation with the
12. Co-ordination for the Pre PD & Post PD query resolutions
13. Loan agreement signing - ensure signatures of all directors / Deed of hypothecation in case
of LRD - Agreement Signing with Post Dated Cheque (PDC)
14. Coordination for DM, SKR preparation
15. Ensure PDD clearance
16. Co-ordination for the handing over the Login Cheque to customer
17. Co-ordinating with the Collections team (if needed) for collections
18. Attending the Weekly Connects/Training Programs/Performance discussions with ASM/RSM
19. Adhering to the guidelines of the confidentiality clause & Code of conduct of the ABFL
20. Cross Selling Insurance & other ABC products (as per customer requirements) to their
21. To build a network of good people like him in his team and expand his business portfolio
22. To engage, coordinate, upskill, motivate & service the team members under his team in
coordination with ASM/Business coordinator.
