Ensure adequate focus on creating distribution channels
Work on assigned and identified prospect list for customer relationship – Understanding their Loan requirements
Understand and communicate understanding of product characteristics and benefits to end customers effectively to enhance effectiveness of sales efforts
Identify potential lead
Use digital tools provided by the organization.
Do the preliminary screening & calculate eligibility through eligibility calculator - Going through the customer Financials ITR/Bank statements/GST Returns etc
Onboard the customer by following the login and document checklist & collect IPF.
Co-ordinating with customer and internal stakeholders for clearing the pre-login /post login queries
Execute operations efficiently across the Customer Lifecycle (Sourcing, Approval, Servicing, Collections)
Ensuring cross sell targets of the organization are met.
Ensure PDD clearance
Attend the Weekly Connects/Training Programs
Follow prescribed processes and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness, productivity, and sales performance
Adhering to the guidelines of the confidentiality clause & Code of conduct of the ABHFL
Work with the Risk, Operations and Sales Governance team members to ensure adherence to management and control mechanisms
