Coordinating day-to-day Admin and Accounts activities workshop
- Handling day-to-day office expenses and petty cash
- Responsible for local purchase and inventory of workshop
- Accountable for all workshop related tasks like House Keeping, Security, Pest Control, CCTV, maintenance of AC & other office equipment, Stationery, Dispatch, Pantry & other vendors
- Ensure the proper service of connectivity like the internet, telephone and mobile services
- Coordinating with postal, courier services for documents/ equipment and sending them to the concerned person correctly
- Settling utility bills and staff expenses in coordination with accounts & HR
- Ensure that all equipment and assets within the office premises are used efficiently and that such assets are maintained properly and all appropriate records are kept up to date
- Maintaining and ensuring all legal compliance pertaining to the office
- Maintain records in accordance with internal quality systems, procedures and ISO standards
- Coordinate meetings with clients
- Generate and circulate quotations, invoices and follow up for the same
- Maintaining records related to Purchase, Logistics, Accounts, Admin, etc
