Responsibilities and Duties

• Daily contact with FPC or NGO and motivates them to generate revenue for the Farmer.
• Provide good knowledge about the company's product to the farmer
• Drive Revenue and Collection targets of Bio Fertilizers in the given geography.
• Develop business in villages.
• Expand distribution network as per plan
• Adhere to company policies and processes
• Conducting market development activities for business development.
• Maintain good relation with farmers
