JOB DESCRIPTION
We board and directing them to their seats. Informing passengers of the aircraft safety procedures and ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away. Checking all seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off. Making announcements on behalf of the pilot and answering questions during the flight; Serving meals and refreshments; Selling duty-free goods and advising passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination; Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations. Giving first aid where necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
Age :19 to 35 years
Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or above
Fluent in Hindi.Well groomed with a clear complexion Mature and positive with strong interpersonal and communication skills. No visible scars/marks on face and hand.
Ground Staff: Responsibilities
Checking passengers in for flights Re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed Assisting disabled passengers or those travelling with young children Giving passengers up-to-date information on flights.
Salary 16000/- to 25000/-with all allowances
Fluent in English and Hindi
Air Ticketing Executive Responsibilities.

They assist passengers with tagging luggage and baggage check in, ticketing, makes and/or changes reservations, seat assignment, answers inquiries about flight schedules and fares, verifies reservations by phone, figures fares and handles payments.
