1. Recruiting & interviewing Blue collar employees.
2. Deployment of employees on site
3. Set up SOP as per site & implement it
4. Manage & maintain ROTA on site of the employees
5. To give briefing to employees on site on daily basis
6. Identify Operational/Safety/Risk Issues & suggest solution for improvisation
7. Monitor & Record sites & report the same
8. Record job on application on timely basis
9. Identify talents & upscaling them
10. Do client visits on daily basis in both shifts
