Job work: Create and manage a team.
Training and motivating existing sales team.
Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales.
Creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.
Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.
Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to organisation heads.
Place of work: Work in own area.
Qualification: Graduation
Age – 25-40 years
Experience-more than 1-6yr in sales and marketing
Skills required- good communication, team handling, convincing and motivating capability.
Salary: Salary Rs. 24,500/-pm& incentive Extra
