Job description

Intensive field promotion including demand creation activities at farmers level
Setting up strong distribution
Product and Market development including opening of new territories
Brand promotions at rural markets, Explore the potential to untapped and underdeveloped markets
Achieving sales growth as per the business plan
Training and development of the team

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
Prepare strategy for product promotions.
Conduct strategic planning for launching new products.
Gather market and competitor information and share.
Maintain a Harmonious Relation between Company and all the Dealers & distributors.
