Role & Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is consistent achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue
and margin goals
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales,
revenue and expense controls.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Recruitment of junior team and overseeing the activities and performance of the
junior team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
The ongoing training of junior team.
Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge
education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Provide regular feedback to senior on the daily basis
Assist partners with Aspire’s products & services.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
