Roles and Responsibilities
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US. Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the client through various strategies/channels such as; DICE, Monster, Hot Jobs, Third-Party Vendors etc. Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. Experience working with Prime Vendor, End Client and Implementation partner.
