Designation: Center Manager / Branch Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall Sales & Marketing activities of the center
Planning the Sales & Marketing Activities for the branch
Ensuring 'walk in' to the center is improved/increased
Co-ordinating with respective departments / head for budget approvals
Implementing the Marketing Activities as planned
Responsible to organize and conduct College Seminar / workshops
Responsible for college/ School tie up
Generate new references from student
Responsible for overall Branch sales Performance
Conduct Regular survey on Competitors and data to be shared with the Head Office/ Reporting Manager
Take feedback time to time from student and other staff
Co-ordinate with faculty regarding their batch, requirements etc Forward it to concern person
Ensuring excellent Student Services
Responsible to maintain the Certificate & Notes Distribution records
Ensuring center/ lab is neat & Clean
Ensuring all the facilities are given to the Student
Ensuring no wrong commitment is given to the student
Tracking Course Syllabus & Checking Upgradation as per the norms
