Mainly responsible for B2B sales
Must handle a team of executives and coordinate several tasks such as lead generation, scheduling webinar and appointments and conducting surveys with customers in USA, UK & Australia
Convincing clients to sign up for demand generation projects to further amplify the lead generation pipeline.
Coordinating with clients to set up processes such training & process requirement and execution of projects
Allocation of resources, management of budgets and setting targets
Preparing workloads for staff and supervising the tasks assigned
Motivating the team for optimal performance to succeed in achieving high standard & KPI targets
Preparing monthly reports related to B2B sales
Acting as problem solver- resolving an problems and issues that may arise
Must help in recruitment of new staff, act as a mentor to and help in training of junior staff
Must handle all client enquiries
Aid in the development of new business relationships by working in sync with the sales andmarketing teams efficiently
