Lead Generation through various resources like online portals, Emails, Cold calls, marketing and personal reference to increase effective working prospects and create business opportunities of IT Solutions & Services Attending daily base meeting with corporate clients.
Responsible for overall tender & bid opening processing and execution as per the company policy.
Manage the relationship at various levels with the clients especially with Govt. officials, contractors & develop the long-term relationship.
Good knowledge of IT Hardware Products (i.e. Laptops, Desktop, Server, Printer, Switches, Storage etc.)
Manage account with the collection of dues on time & ensure client satisfaction.
Come up with new ideas and strategies for marketing to generate more business opportunities.
