a) To show gratitude towards donors, keeping in mind the tone of voice by thanking them for the work they have done to save many lives.
b) Get an idea as to why they dropped off from donating to a fundraiser and make note of their feedback. It could be a technical error or their personal choice, but gathering this information is crucial.
c) Sales - This is where the candidate will request the donor to donate on that particular fundraiser itself by persuading them.
d) If the opportunity presents itself, the candidate would be expected to upsell the amount. (For example: Let’s assume INR 1000 was amount they were intending to donate, the candidate would try & upsell 25% more).
