Job description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is responsible for handling the complete sales cycle of our IT firm providing services in Website Development, Internet Marketing and Mobile Applications. Bidding knowledge on various platforms will be a plus point.


Job Description:


    • Reaching out to the leads

  • Excellent Negotiation Skills

  • Extensive lead generation

  • Follow Up Direct leads.

  • Pre-sales /Post Sales consulting & Project Reports –Work Flow Delivery

  • SDLC - Gathering, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment.

  • Coordination with the project managers in preparation of SRS/WBS- (Time/Cost Estimation)

  • Model – Sprint Approach – Milestones.

  • Manage Client Relationship with B2B/B2C Clients.

  • Client Interaction (Voice/Chat) i.e. (Skype/Phone/ Email)

  • Achieved Monthly Targets on Basis of Leads Conversion into Projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Business development team handling

  • Should know how to upsale to existing clients

  • Should be good in expansions and generating business from a particular region/country

  • Expert in sales of IT services like Mobile App Development, Web App development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Design and content to international clients

  • Expert in generating new business through LinkedIn, Facebook & other Social Media Portals.

  • Can Meet the Targets within timeline and handle work Pressure

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:


  • Having experience of atleast 5 years

  • Good communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree
