Prepare MIS on (new) incoming leads from social media, google and direct calls.
Call new lead forward leads to the sales team.
Schedule meetings with clients and hand over to sales team
Follow-up up with clients and sales team for closing the lead.
Make the feedback calls and update team with new client requirement,
Provide the approximate quotation to client to current and new client
Attend the service calls and report to the concerned department if there is any service required.
