Achieve growth and hit sales targets of the services and products by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
Maintain data relative to principal partners, strategic customer accounts and activities and document all customer interactions on the CRM
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as needed
