JOB DESCRIPTION :
*Handle office space rental enquiries by phone, email & chat.
*Identify prospective tenants from the enquiries received.
*Cross sell our real estate investment opportunity to them.
*Client acquisition, Servicing & Lead generation.
*Identify prospective buyers by contacting Real Estate Investors.
*Build a network of prospective tenants & buyers in LinkedIn.
*Existing Client Account Management.
*Help Digital Marketing Team constantly in Marketing Activities.
*Update and Manage the CRM data of all the prospects generated.
*Manage periodical emails & WhatsApp messages.
*Build Relationship with Business Partners.
*Call lead prospects that are generated by internal/external source
*Encourage the customer to come for a property tour, follow up on leads assigned.
DESIRED PROFILE :
*Good Communication Skills, Energy & Enthusiasm.
*Ability to build sensible conversations.
*Candidates having experience in Tele-Sales are preferred
