CTC for BDT (During 2 months of training): Rs.3,00,000 {Fixed pay} and Rs. 2,00,000 {Incentive Pay}) per annum CTC for BDA (Post successful training): Rs. 10,00,000 (Rs.7 Lakhs {Fixed pay} and Rs. 3 Lakhs {Incentive Pay}) per annum
