a) Onboarding process at Cinema (offer letter, joining formalities, orientation, appointment letter and HRIS etc.) , Personnel file maintenance.
b) Employee relations: Responsible to resolve any people related issues at unit
c) Recruitment (frontline), Manpower as per the budget and Maintaining effective data base of ESPs
d) Attrition control (pro-active approach, effective communication, people connect and exit interview etc)
e) Payroll (attendance, leave, weekly off, payroll inputs etc) and Kronos compliances
f) F&F (clearance formalities, personnel file closure, HRIS & Kronos deletion)
g) Statutory Compliance :HR Registers, HR processes, ESI cards, abstracts and other HR compliance related matters
h) Employees' confirmation, PIP etc
i) Employees' Engagement activities
j) Uniform and Employees' grooming (morning briefing, stock update of uniform) and other admin related job
