Supervise quality execution of Car Cleaning services (as per checklist) in the society being Pitstop Representative |
Ensure checklist adherence and efficient tracking |
Train and handhold the cleaners |
Interact and connect with existing customers for their car cleaning chores and anticipate (taking car keys, handing over car keys, coordinating for demos, coordinating for any requests, addressing any escalations or complaints etc) |
Manage the Pitstop car cleaners of the society |
Manage things with the Society management office for any permissions/approvals as needed (in a society where we are present) |
Provide central team the feedback of on-ground ops and any escalations |
Get the execution commands from the central office team (Ops/Marketing, as applicable) for any required execution on the ground |
Click images of the cleaned cars and pass them on to the central team for quality checks. Once checked and approved by the central team, send the images to the customers |
Storage (as needed), Replacement, and replenishment of the cleaning paraphernalia issued to cleaners from time to time |
Track the issuance of cleaning materials to the cleaners and goodies to the customers in coordination with the central team |
Connect base with existing cleaners of the society and pitch them to be partners with us |
Pass on the possible leads to the central team for conversion and onboarding of such cleaners |
