SmartCoin is a FinTech startup that is building a state-of-the-art, user-friendly and scalable lending platform. SmartCoin employs Machine Learning to extract insights from big data about consumer credit behavior and to derive alternate credit scores.
SmartCoin is looking for candidates who will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating both Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), SLA’s and performance to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and overall consistency in the delivery of world-class customer service. More than simply providing response to the customers, this multifaceted role will include calling the customers in order to improve and provide Service Desk with actionable information to improve services.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicating key details on the product (application) through Chat and emails and educating the customers on the procedure of applying for loan, documents related issues, etc.
- Detailing related to new loan offers and new loan processes needs to be given to the customers.
- Resolving customer queries related to KYC documents, loan disbursal procedure etc over the chat and email.
- Incase customer is not understanding the resolution over chat or email, then call the customer and explain to them in order to resolve the issue.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Any full time UG degree
- Non-voice with 1-2 years experience
- Candidates from the same kind of company background is a big plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferably Hindi (in case of calls).
- Helping in building a next-generation financial platform that’s providing financial access to the millions of mobile users of India using alternative credit assessment aided by data science and machine learning.
- Working with one of the smartest teams in the fin-tech space.
