HIS / HER ROLE & RESPONSIBLITIES:
He is responsible to Manage Team size of 8 to 15.
Should be Disciplinarian and responsible for Team punctuality at all field/office meeting.
He is responsible for Achieving 100% Branch Sales Budgets.
He need to Review and update his Team performance & Reports to his immediate superior on daily / weekly/ monthly basis as per policy.
He is accountable for 100% Receivables.
