You will be leading a team of 15-25 Collections Officers and ensure that targets for timely collections & recovery is met
You will be responsible for monitoring & reviewing the performance of collections officers, ensuring productivity and adherence to the collections process
You will build relationships with clients to build trust and assist your team on field visits & mentor them to drive target achievement
You will lead recruitment, training & mentoring of collections officers; Identifying performance gaps and training the team on best practices
You will engage with managers and central team to drive enhancement of the collections process and new initiatives
