Job description

Distributing various orders or food packages as per the assigned order to specified address locations within a given time frame.
Planning the travel routes based on locations and time frames.
Carefully handling and delivering all packages.
Accepting and recording payment for delivered packages.
Answering customer's questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages and being helpful with the customer service team whenever applicable.
Thanking the customers upon completion of each delivery.
Cleaning, washing, refueling, and maintaining the company vehicle for yourself.
Promptly reporting any road accidents and traffic violations to the company. Sound knowledge of road safety regulations is always preferred.
Should be very polite and have effective communication skills.
Working knowledge of local roads and routes, punctual and reliable
The candidate is expected to continue to have a clean driving record.
