Qualification: Any Graduate


RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      Cold calling on given data

2.      Managing large amount of inbound and outbound call

3.      Interaction with customers

4.      Provide information about product and services.

5.      Generate Sales

6.      Answer incoming customer inquiries

7.      Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.

8.      Record e information within our customer service database

 

REQUIREMENTS

1.      Strong phone and Excellent verbal communication Skills

2.      Ability to perform multi task, set priorities and manage time effectively

3.      Ready to work in night shifts.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹ 10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Language: Hindi, English (Preferred)

Location: Nagpur.
