● Coordination with the Sales Executive/TL/ASM to collect, verify the Vehicle’s post disbursal documents (PDD -
Invoice, Insurance, Agreement, Vehicle Number, Cheque, and Booklet)
● Tracking the PDD to clear the pendency weekly and recording the receipt of the same on the system
● Assisting the field sales team with the fresh booklet distribution and documents collection
● Runner’s work alignment to clear the PDD backlog and NACH.
● Coordination between Sales and Ops on day to day basis to pass the customer disbursement status in real-time.
Role – Operation Executives
● 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Ops/Sales and internal team coordination.
● Candidate must know English, Hindi, and Kanada (writing, reading, and speaking)
● Should possess sound knowledge of MS Excel and Google spreadsheet and moderate knowledge of MS Word
and Google drive.
● Good communication skills to make seamless coordination between Sales and Ops
● Fintech or automobile experience would be an extra advantage.
