Responsibilities:
1) Motivate & educate to credit team about policy
2) Conducting the PD & credit analysis
3) Prepare Credit Process note & credit underwriting
4) Manage credit quality and control delinquencies, frauds
5) Provide superior customer experience.
7) Measure department performance with appropriate metrics
8) Maintain the corporate credit policy, create a credit scoring model
