Job description
Maintaining the incoming lead track in the CRM in accordance to the business segmentation
- Build and maintain workflows for individual users or teams
- Delegate tasks to individual sales representatives
- Trains representatives on new equipment and software
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities
- Set up and monitor information flow within CRM and with other business critical systems
- Track individual and team metrics: productivity, revenue
- Monitor and provide strategy for performance improvement with logged calls performance metrics revenue metrics
- Candidate should possess CRM configuration experience
- Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand
Required Candidate profile
Minimum of 2 years experience in any CRM management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to do customize the CRM flow as per the internal need
Hands on Excel usage
A meticulous approach to work and an eye for detail
Good Computer based skills
An inquisitive mind
