Job Summary :
- The role of the CRM Developer would be to develop the procedure of the CRM according to the sales and project workflow of the Company.
- This would help the company to have the departments under one platform which enables the collaboration of them to increase productivity and revenue.
- Also helping the management and the employees to identify their pain areas which can be improved or supported in their development.
- The Company workflow could be amended for better output based on the development on CRM.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Design and implement MS Dynamics 365(Teams,Sharepoint) / CRM solutions to be fully compliant with customer business processes
- Integrate Dynamics 365 / CRM solution into another client's system like ERP, Intranet, etc.
- Design, code, test programs or CRM application modules that meet Architecture Blueprint specification
- Participate in execution and documentation of tests ensuring that an application or architecture meets agreed Quality standards
- Assist in the integration of application components
- Close cooperation with client teams and follow up business requirement
