This is a unique opportunity to work in the areas of Customer experience as well as Sales
Attend customer’s calls and assist them in resolving issues regarding the product/service
Job role:
Customer Service
• Responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint.
• Determining the cause of the problem.
• Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. Following up to ensure resolution
Generate Sales leads
• Responsible for driving sales for various Plans, Plan upgrades & Products including my APP, Music, TV etc. for new & existing customers.
• Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to pre-defined Scope of Plan to run store operations smoothly.
Compliance
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures & expected code of conduct.
• Ensure completion of store operational requirements
Educational: Graduate with Minimum 1-2 years of Retail experience
Monthly Salary: 12,000/- to 16,000/- NTH + PF + ESI + Incentives
Age Limit: 21 Years to 28 Years
