- Perform customer care representative activities.
 - Good into inbound and outbound calls.
 - Create case logs, record information, establish resolution time, follow-ups on issues & escalate complex issues.
 - Guide customers through the resolution of issues.
 - Quick & accurate handling of support communications across multiple channels.
 - Assisting customers on queries via emails, chats & calls.

 - Language- English must.
 - Experience providing support to customers.
