Roles and Responsibilities


  1. Perform customer care representative activities.
  2. Good into inbound and outbound calls.
  3. Create case logs, record information, establish resolution time, follow-ups on issues & escalate complex issues.
  4. Guide customers through the resolution of issues.
  5. Quick & accurate handling of support communications across multiple channels.
  6. Assisting customers on queries via emails, chats & calls.


Desired Candidate Profile


  1. A great listener & a fantastic verbal & written communicator.
  2. Loves teamwork.
  3. Skills to convince the customers about products.
  4. Language- English must.
  5. Experience providing support to customers.
  6. International voice & chat process experience is must.
