Customer Service Process

  • Voice Process
  • Resolving Customer queries
  • Handle inbound calls for customer service
  • Male and female both can apply.
  • Male Candidates should be open for 24*7 shift - shift will be disclosed in the interview.

Inside Sales

  • Voice Sales Process - Inbound/Outbound - Process will be decided after interview
  • Handle inbound calls to help customers make their reservations
  • Conversion Targets
  • Male and female both can apply.
  • Male Candidates should be open for 24*7 shift - shift will be disclosed in the interview.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Freshers welcome – BPO experience will be an added advantage. Must be a Graduate - Any stream
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good Communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a rotational shifts environment (24X7).
