Job description
Attend customer’s calls and assist them in resolving issues regarding the product/service
We are looking for Answering Voice Calls, managing mail communications, chat platform as well as monitor social media platforms
First Call Resolution and Grievance Handling
Opening, tracking and review incident and service tickets in Ticketing system.
Focus on complex issues related to operation aspects that cannot be resolved at lower level support
