Job Description

Attend customer’s calls and assist them in resolving issues regarding the product/service

  • We are looking for Answering Voice Calls, managing mail communications, chat platform as well as monitor social media platforms
  • First Call Resolution and Grievance Handling
  • Opening, tracking and review incident and service tickets in Ticketing system.
  • Focus on complex issues related to operation aspects that cannot be resolved at lower level support
