Basic knowledge in Amadeus
Basic knowledge in Galileo
Preparing quote with online Supplier and offline Supplier
Operational work for international holiday
Prepare online and offline quotation for all destination

Desired profile of the candidate

Customizing Domestic and international packages as per client requirement

Issuing Domestic and International Air Tickets

Handling Walk-in and Corporate Clients

Coordinating and negotiating with Supplier for rates and packages Solving Issues of clients and suppliers

Dealing in Foreign Exchange

Handling escalated complaint calls
