Accountabilities :
Understanding And Capturing Customer Needs And Preferences Consulting And Assisting In The Decision-making Process Of Customers With Relevant Information Coordinating With Customers, Partners And Other Third-party Services For Timely Servicing Of Assigned Orders Developing And Maintaining Good Rapport With Customers While Selling/up-selling The Higher Value Orders Delivering A Wonderful Experience For Customers With Prompt And Timely Services Skillfully Handling The Customer Complaint.
