Ø To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, mail.
Ø Resolve the customer issue for international customers.
Ø To provide the best resolution to the customers.
Ø Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
Ø Qualification: 12th and Above
Ø Good communication skill (Verbal & Written)
