Job description

Attend customer’s calls and assist 1.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

2.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in terms of resolution.

3.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file.

4.Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.them in resolving issues regarding the product/service
