Job description

Job responsibilities of the candidate include

  • Handle customers and vendors requests and Assist customers on their enquiries over the telephone
  • Collaborates across all departments to develop and refine products and drive customer experience initiatives
  • Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them according to defined priority & severity levels
  • Oversees a team who manages Customer Care, logistics, management of applications and consolidation of complaints and quality reports and SOP followed
