Job description

Responsibilities of Candidates Include:-

1). Attend customer’s calls and assist them in resolving issues regarding the product/service.

2). Inform the customer about company's product/services and offers.

3). Manage inbound and outbound customers calls in a timely manner.

4). Identify Customers needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.

5). Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems.
