1.Handle client interface and act as a single point of contact for queries
2.Maintain a positive relationship & rapport with the clients
3.Address technical and operations issues as and when required
4.Take ownership of weekly/monthly service review calls with the customer client and plan the agenda accordingly.
5. Research and identify customers who will be suitable to talk to you related to investment.
