The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive:
- Answer calls / emails / chats /social media comments professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Process any refunds, adjustments and customer request.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure smooth delivery of AK products
- Ensure customer satisfaction is given utmost importance.
- Ensure tasks are completed in the given turnaround time.
- Dial outbound calls for lead conversion on all channels related to AK.
