Responsible for managing customer satisfaction through customer coordination, delivery supervision and installation
Handling all customer queries regarding delivery timing & location, product information, returns and exchanges
Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for cross selling and upselling
Typically drive the whole experience piece by hand-holding the customers, help them by providing right info and deliver delight during the order deliveries
Coordinate with Logistics and Customer support teams to provide timely feedback
