Job responsibilities of the candidate include

Politely speaking with customers and understanding their queries.
Documenting customer queries in system.
Responding to customer queries based on SOP.

Requirements:- HSC / Graduate Fresher OR Experienced with Excellent English & Hindi Comm.(No MTI),24*7 Flexible shifts, Age : Max 35, Salary as per Exp.(Upto 18000 PM), Laptop:I3, Win10, 4GB RAM
