Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of calls
  • Provide information about products and services

·       Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer queries

·       Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

·       Generate sales leads

·       Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions and comments.

Skills:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication, presentation and convincing skills
