Job description

● Providing support to product users by timely and responsibly answering queries via phone & emails within the turnaround time. 

● Identify needs and effectively communicate with right solutions. 

● Follow up with customers. 

● Analyze and report any malfunctions in the product. 

● Contribute to the team by sharing valuable feedback to further grow the product. 

● Assist the Client Engagement team in the backend operations whenever required.
