Job description
Required to answer incoming calls professionally to provide information about products and services from customers.
Answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
Customer service specialist with people persons.
Recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as action taken.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers request/complaints.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department or department head.
Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
