Job description

  • Required to answer incoming calls professionally to provide information about products and services from customers.
  • Answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
  • Customer service specialist with people persons.
  • Recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as action taken.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers request/complaints.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department or department head.
  • Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
